My wallet was stolen at Sam’s Club on June 13 and nobody has returned it and the police were of no help it really sucks cause I had a lot of money in there my drivers license my kids insurance cards all that so it’s crazy

girl sams club does NOTHING, my mom lost 800 and we filed a police report and even demanded to see the cameras and they couldn’t even give us the license plate of the lady.

From my understanding management is only required to show camera footage to police or other similar officials but not customers. You would need to file a police report and then have the pd come out to that store and do “investigative” work to check the cameras. Depending on your local pd they may or may not come out to check for a purse left behind.

same thing happened to me at target, except, i went right before they closed and when i was standing outside the store my card was ACTIVELY being used by an employee inside th store, refused to look at cameras or even call management that they were “busy”. the lil door monitor/ security just laughed at me

My mom got injured at Walmart on two separate occasions and corporate did NOTHING. Both instances were because of negligence. This was over ten years ago, but I still get pissed about it!
