Yes it does. Been walking 15-20k steps everyday for over 2 months, and the clothes that are a little tight become a bit loose and fit me better. That’s without any intense fitness training nor dieting.

Yes!!!! I’m 8lbs down in two weeks! Clothes are looser, skin looks MUCH better from drinking 2L of water a day, sleeping much better, more energy. And you have to have a GOOD diet ❤️
