Kung gusto niyong pumayat o mabawasan mga taba niyo sa katawan, yung sugar talaga ang tanggalin niyo or bawasan yun yung napapansin ko sakin pag bumabalik bilbil ko😅😅 No meat, no chicken, no sweet food na ko for almost 2years.. except ice cream minsan lang sa isang buwan😁
