@bradjcho: when i was deflecting and defensive to issues in our relationship that my gf mentioned, it really isolated her and made her feel like we were against each other instead of facing a problem together. she’s not stating a problem for no reason, she’s saying it because her emotional needs aren’t being met. in a loving relationship you should want to satisfy each others needs and not put them down by being in denial. by being accountable, you validate her and take ownership of the problem to start mending the relationship. #ilovejulia
