How I reverse my tech neck! Recently, I’ve been wondering how many books I could’ve gone through by now if I chose to read instead of look at a screen to pass the time. I’ve also been wondering if the children of this next generation will ever know what it’s like to experience boredom followed by a creative solution. I wonder where we are going as a collective society the more things become digital. This is one of the reasons why I have pulled back from content creation. I am questioning how much I really want to be an active participant in it all. If am going to continue to create online I want to move forward with more intentionality. Content that supports us in preserving and protecting our humanness, or nervous system, our brilliant minds, and of course, our precious bodies. I’m slowly moving away from content that is purely about trying to look better lol because that has begun to feel incredibly shallow for me and no longer sparks my interest :P These are very unprecedented times. it is very important to powerfully choose where you are placing your energy time and focus because there are more and more distractions than ever before. I hope in the near future to center my content more around meditation, tools to support our nervous system, the power of sobriety, the power of sexuality, and the power of community. These are things that I believe we need the most right now as the world continues to digitally advance.
