I almost didn’t post this recipe The sauce curdled, it didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted it to, and I was honestly pretty frustrated. But the reality is every recipe I create is trial and error. There are plenty of failures, mistakes, and recipes that don’t go according to plan. The only difference is you guys usually never see those. So I wanted to be transparent 👇🏻 Here’s the recipe with a side note to not make the mistake I did🥲 Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Alfredo   Crispy Chicken • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
• 1/4 cup  Fit Flour (code: SHREDZ) or regular flour
• 2 large eggs
• 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste Hot Honey • 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup  hot sauce Pasta • 8 oz protein fettuccine pasta High Protein Alfredo Sauce • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp chicken bouillon
• 1 tbsp light butter
• 1/4 cup skim milk
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup pasta water DIRECTIONS 1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. 2. Dredge in Fit Flour, dip in egg, then coat in a mixture of panko, parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Air fry at 400°F for 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway. 4. Add honey and hot sauce to a pan over medium heat. Simmer until slightly thickened, then toss the chicken in the sauce. 5. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 3/4 cup pasta water before draining. 6. Blend Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic, chicken bouillon, and skim milk until smooth. 7. Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the blended sauce. 8. 🚨 Slowly whisk in pasta water until creamy. Do NOT let the sauce boil or simmer after adding the yogurt mixture or it may curdle 😅 9.
