Have u tried drop weight to ur 50% of ur max weight n hold it at ur muscles max tension for 30 sec follow by 1 arm at overhead with ur other arm parallel with the ground. I use it for shoulder rehabilitation using ancient Chinese martial art coz they usually hold their post for 1hr which is crazy

Oddly enough I didn’t know what these were called and started doing these with a band during warm ups and it helped my shoulder feel amazing and helped my bench
