This is why qualified immunity needs to disappear ASAP and all cops should be answering to a RANDOMIZED CITIZEN review board for THEIR ACTIONS IN PUBLIC AND TO THE PUBLIC and they should also have a DEGREE IN CONSTITUTIONAL LAW and CRIMINAL LAW cause teachers need a teaching degree to teach our kids so cops should have a degree to be a cop.
