Oh yeah about that… 8 months post op and mine is just as good as yours :) I wasn’t lucky enough to get PT so my ROM is gone 😭

I barely get my cast off tomorrow and get a boot I’ve been in a cast since march 10 I think after my surgery and the wrap . I still need to do Pt for 4 weeks I believe. GET A SCOOTER for sure it helped gettting around

5 weeks and waiting for the dr to let me know if I am good to go for physio bc it still hurts some ways to move it and I don’t wanna mess it up anyway if I rush it so I’m waiting patiently :)

a while I had bromstrom ankle surgery 3 weeks ago thankfully got out of the splint to a walking boot then next week I switch from the boot to shoes will see how it feels walking on it by itself.

I’m 6 months post op and I still have some stiffness they don’t want me to wear any kind of flip-flop or slide on shoes only tennis shoes with ankle Support for the first year

I would say you can star walking 6 weeks after surgery but a few minutes at the time then a couple hours etc but it will hurt a litle and it will get swolen and you would walk 100 % probably 3 months after surgery. I realized that working out your calves and legs makes extremely difference in your recovery you can do leg extensión and calve raises
