Hand up 🙋‍♀️ I’m an eternal pessimist and the skin care industry has given me every reason to be. Last year I was listening to a podcast with an esthetician whose client list included over a dozen B+ List stars… some of which were some of my favorite looks on women because they aren’t by any means perfect… They are real women, but they are absolutely stunning. And I always thought they looked really good for their age, but I appreciated that they in fact, looked their age. She was explaining that while topicals and procedures are great, if you don’t start with what’s going on with your skin cells and toxins first, then what really is the point. She said that everyone should start by adding Glutathione to their daily regiment and if after 6 to 9 months you’re not seeing quite enough results to consider adding NAD at that point. She had one brand in particular that she herself used so I took the advice and went for it. the part I wasn’t expecting is that within a few weeks I had these renewed energy levels that I almost forgot this is how I’m supposed to feel. And then maybe about 3 or 4 months in, I started getting these random compliments from people that were just like ‘hey your skin is looking really nice today’ sort of things. Not like what work did you get done or anything like that. Just these subtle compliments. And then this selfie was the day that I actually was looking closely in the mirror and wanting to document it and wow when I look back between the two, it is amazing the difference this made. I never started the NAD side of it because I’ve been so happy with my glutathione results and I still take it to this day so heads up don’t sleep on glutathione if you’ve never heard of it #glutathioneglow #glutathione #detoxsupport #antiagingsecrets edit: some of you are asking which glutathione was recommended on that podcast episode. I use this one from @TerraHealth Essentials the most important thing is to make sure you’re taking a liposomal form of glutathione. Glutathione has a hard time absorbing in the body so when you see it in cheaper capsules, the reason is that is a cheap manufacturing process and your body can’t really use it so it’s just a waste of money. Hope this helps!!!
