@peakmobilitydxb: I’ll never stop doing these knee exercises, especially after what my knees have been through. After knee injuries, you stop taking your knees for granted. They carry a huge amount of load every single day. Training, walking, running, jumping, changing direction, getting up, sitting down, all of it goes through them. And the knee does not work alone. It depends heavily on what the ankles, hips, quads, hamstrings, calves, and tibs are doing around it. This work matters more than most people realize. The stronger the supporting structures are, the better your body can distribute load, absorb force, and stop dumping stress into the same irritated areas over and over again. That means less compensation, better control, and a knee that feels more supported instead of constantly vulnerable. This is not optional work for me anymore. This is maintenance. This is protection. This is part of staying in the game. Don’t wait until knee pain starts running your life before you give your knees the attention they deserve. Don’t let knee pain cripple you. #kneestrength #kneepainrelief #mobilitytraining #injuryprevention #jointhealth
