Perfect to dip with fresh bread and share. 🧾 INGREDIENTS (for 2) • Olive oil • Balsamic vinegar • 3 garlic cloves (roasted) • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped • 50 g black olives, chopped • 2 sardines (in olive oil) • Parmesan, grated • Parsley, chopped • Black pepper • Mild chili flakes 👩‍🍳 METHOD Roast the garlic cloves wrapped in foil with a little olive oil until soft. On a plate, pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar (to taste). Add roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and sardines. Sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley, pepper and chili flakes.
