China’s top ski resort is General Mountain Ski Resort in Altay. The views are absolutely stunning, and there should be direct flights from Shenzhen right there.

You forgot that Shenzhen is really hot, was there in April and temperatures were already around 28 degrees Celsius. So snow isn’t an natural option there 😁

Family were in Beijing in 2008 on a group tour. We were on our way to some zoo to see a panda when the tour guide suddenly asked us if we want to try out this new ski place instead that just opened near Beijing. Artificial snow and all. We all voted for the ski place. So, until today I still haven't seen a real life panda. 😭
