Incredible Catering touched my heart. 🥹 4 months after my kid’s birthday party, and I’m only just updating about it. I’ll share more about her Sanrio-themed party setup separately, but one of the main highlights was definitely dinner! As this was a drop-off party for about 20 kids, we initially wanted to keep food fuss-free like pizza, zi char, finger food, snacks and desserts. Then something really unexpected and special happened. 🥹 Claire, the owner of @Incredible Catering Singapore came across one of Ash’s mini-viral carousel posts. She had actually read the whole carousel and told me how she thought Ash was such a little independent and brave girl, and how she could tell she was raised in a safe and encouraging home. That touched me so much. 🥰 What made it even more heartfelt was that Incredible Catering doesn’t usually do sponsored setups or collaborations with content creators. Nevertheless, Claire wanted to gift Ash something nice for her birthday and offered to personalise a menu for us at a partial sponsorship without even the obligation to post. I was so thrilled and grateful. We didn’t have to worry about the food logistics and more so, touched by the thought behind it. We had the most beautiful 5-course strawberry-themed birthday setup which complemented Ash’s Sanrio theme. 🔹 Starters Mushroom mini vol-au-vent puffs 🔹 Mains Signature Dry Laksa (Not so spicy and surprisingly, SO many of the kids loved this!) Smoked Duck Mac & Cheese 🔹 Sides DIY Kueh Pie Tee 🔹 Dessert Assorted kueh-kueh, macarons, brownies platter The set up was so beautiful and classy, yet with a touch that made it perfect for a kid’s party. The fresh Korean strawberries 🍓 decorating the table were ready to pick and eat straight from the setup! The kids were delighted! Of coz we got them to wash before eating. 🤭 The menu board with Ash’s photo on it was done up so beautifully that we ended up keeping it. 😂 Thank you Incredible Catering for making Ash’s birthday so special. 🥹❤️ Do check out a business with heart!
