@bobbi.at.the.beach: WORKING THE JOHNNY DEPP TRIAL...BEHIND THE SCENES! Although there was a court reporter present in the courtroom during the actual trial, on Fridays, they would release the jury and conduct motions. At the time, I was doing transcription work on the side so the court reporting agency would send me the audio for me to prepare the transcript by Monday. I also did a lot of the pretrial hearings as well so I got to hear a lot of interesting things! I only wish I could have been the actual trial reporter, but I was no longer living/working in Virginia.
