@thetravellingfrenchy: My fave Old Town spots👇🏼 ✨ Scout Institute — hidden, multi-level café-bar and cultural hub near Old Town Square with a relaxed student vibe, cheap drinks and a cool courtyard. 🧁 Kolacherie — they’ve recently moved temporarily over to New Town, but honestly, I still think of them as an Old Town staple. It’s only a short walk anyway. Still one of my favorite spots for koláče and coffee. 🍧 Cafe Banhada — small, minimalist Korean café serving specialty coffee, matcha and desserts like taiyaki and bingsu. 🍵 Anežka café — one of my favorite quiet corners in Prague. It’s set inside the St. Agnes Convent complex, and the garden courtyard makes it feel completely removed from the city. 🍞 Sisters Bistro v Dlouhé — this is where to try chlebíčky (Czech open-faced sandwiches), but done in a modern, really fresh way. Great for a quick lunch. 🍖 Masna Kozi —butcher-shop with a contemporary twist, and the quality really stands out. Good option if you’re in the mood for something hearty. 🥟 Baraqa — authentic Georgian restaurant serving traditional dishes like khachapuri and khinkali, with family recipes, Georgian wines and live music. 🍗 Mincovna — right on Old Town Square, but surprisingly not a tourist trap.
