I was raised on craft singles and Oscar Meyer bologna. Jiffy peanut butter and honey. Drank water from the garden hose or well water pump. Grew up just fine. 64 and zero health problems, no meds.

Buy only block cheese grate yourself put in a bag with little organic corn starch . I stopped buying all bagged shredded because of saw dust and antibiotics in shredded
