Such an important role. I was just let go by a company that was post acquisition and had not handled it well. So that led to a lot of turnover in leadership and I was finally let go once the new leadership was put in place due to my location not performance. I am exploring fractional now including becoming part of a network that only works with PE firms. Have you worked with any of those placement services?

I am going into a fractional Chief Academic/operation for a private school. I know you dont do education consulting but I do. I am coming off my first 6 figure year and resigned for 60000. Its just a piece of what I am doing but so excited.
