One of my favorite publishers is offering my audience up to 40% off their entire catalog... @northwestern uni press is one of the best publishers in the game right now for both translated lit and English lit. With such a steep discount I picked up a ton of books from their Writings From an Unbound Europe Series, and here's what I got: Perverzion by Yuri Andrukhovych (translated from the Ukranian by Michael M. Naydan) Border State by Tonu Onnepalu (translated from the Estonian by Madi Puhvei) Ballad of Descent by Martin Vopenka (translated from the Czech by Anna Bryson) The Fortress by Mesa Selimovic (translated from the Serbo-Croatian by E. D. Goy and Jasna Levinger) Lodgers by Nenad Velickovic (translated from the Yugoslavian by Celia Hawkesworth) The Last Journey of Ago Ymeri by Bashkim Shehu (translated from the Albanian by Diana Alqi Kristo) Northern Lights by Drago Jancar (translated from the Slovene by Michael Briggins) The Death and the Dervish by Mesa Selimovic (translated from the Serbo-Croatian by Bogdan Rakic and Stephen M. Dickey) Tworki by Marek Bienczyk (translated from the Polish by Benjamin Paloff) Comment literature below, and I'll send you the info on how you can get up to 40% off the entire NU Press catalog! #literature #books #reading - @alifeonbooks
