Some raspberry pi’s that are cheap are the raspberry pi 02w and the raspberry pi 3 model b+. Make sure you get it with the gpio pins so that way you can save money by attaching the screen into the gpio pins instead of spending more on a monitor

to those Brazilian friends who doesnt have the money for a raspberry pi, a "TV box"(the little device we buy for streaming, not an actual tv) has a similar structure, but meant for running android, from there you just need to use Turnux so you can run Linux as a operational system, it's actually way cheaper and there's a lot of them just ... not running at all and getting dust on the shelf, so let's make good use of them ! also, using a TV box you also get some usb entrances and wifi compatibility! have fun !♡
