@jowansomemore: “SINGAPORE CHOW MEIN-Y TIMES DO YOU WANNA PUT NOODLES IN A SANDWICH” Turned a packet of instant noods into a takeaway style Singapore chow mein of sorts, topped with a quick and easy char siu chicken and salt and pepper shoestring fries. A wonderful idea if I do say so myself. I had never considered it but a Singapore chow mein is basically just noodles with curry powder. I pimped up a packet from my magic box of @indomieuk. Authentic char siu requires a few harder to find ingredients so this little pre made marinade from @lkkeurope is a great little hack. Food colouring key for that “authentic” Chinese colour. Other products used: @knorruki chicken powder and which I basically use in everything @warburtonsuk bakers bloomer, always. #sandwich #chinese #Recipe #chowmein #charsiu
