He asked for divorce over 1 yr ago, didn't leave, we are roommates in seperate rooms. Can't talk to him about anything it turns into an arguement. I'm on disability and he's saying no income coming in. So, no money for lawyer/separation. I think he just wants his freedom, I want mine too. we are in limbo.

I got to the point where I realized (through therapy and reflection) that I didn’t want to take her back without seeing real change in her. As such, I nudged things forward myself. It was the right choice.

This was exactly my situation. Together 10 yrs married for 5. He cheated and then told me constantly it was all my fault that we ended and that the relationship was bad the entire time. He would say he wanted to rush the divorce but never did anything. I ended up having to file. Now he wants to fight against everything I asked for in the divorce but claims he’s happy we’re getting divorced

Very close to my situation. He asked separation and divorce and take action move out. If I don’t say things to close him, he won’t say things about move steps for divorce, if I show any affection and closeness, he will ask steps to do the divorce action. Now I just do nothing, but not sure if the problem will resolve on its own
