The constant talk about cutting, bulking, and “getting a bikini body.” And honestly… I don’t resonate with it. Not because it doesn’t “work”, but because I feel like we often prioritize aesthetics over actual health. Extreme deficits, extreme surpluses… while your body is just asking for balance. You don’t need to earn your food. You don’t need to shrink or “optimize” yourself for a season. You can eat enough. Nourish your body consistently.
