@chefphilli: Bored of health food that tastes like a punishment? This is for you. Pork and carrot larb — a Thai-Lao dish, one pan, twenty minutes, and one of the most genuinely glow-supporting meals I make. The five grated carrots are doing the work of an expensive vitamin A serum. The lime juice activates the collagen-building potential of the protein. The toasted rice powder is the chef move that makes the whole thing taste restaurant-quality. This is the food I eat when I want to feel like myself. Not less. Not restricted. Just genuinely well fed. Full recipe in comments. I'm sharing the food that's making me feel confident on my way to becoming a 2027 bride — follow for the rest of the journey.
