This really resonated with me I am in management and have been for a long time. I really do try to give them confidence. A lot of of my employees do get promoted out from my department and become managers on their own but sometimes there’s a few of them that make me very nervous for like everything in my body wants to get a girl is that really the thought you had that seemed like the right choice lol
