Cook pasta according to package and set aside. 2. Season and sauté diced chicken in olive oil until golden. Set aside. 3. In the same pan, add garlic and tomato paste—sauté 1 min. 4. Add chicken broth, protein milk, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 min. 5. Stir in parmesan and blended cottage cheese until creamy. 6. Add chicken and pasta back in, toss to coat. 7.
