@nesburgie: I’ll go ahead and say it since everybody else is dancing around it… I’m a former Ryze consultant as of TODAY. I turned in my resignation, and I stand on that. Now let’s talk about it. Didn’t Hannah leave BP over bullying? Hmm… 🤔 Ryze loves to remind everybody this is a 1099 company and they don’t “employ” consultants… okay then why is there so much control over what people say and do? You can’t have it both ways. Make that make sense. And let’s be real clear about something—calling someone the “n” word, threatening them, and bullying them is NOT drama… it’s wrong. Period. There is no spinning that. Zane is a young man with a mental disability, and from everything shown, he handled himself with more composure than most grown folks would. That speaks volumes. The bigger issue? This should have been shut down immediately. Not debated. Not whispered about. Handled. When someone is being threatened and bullied, you don’t pause and ask opinions—you take action. Because let’s flip it—if that had been a child, what would you have expected to happen? Exactly. People can argue all day about “what we don’t know,” but some things don’t require a full investigation to recognize they’re wrong. At the end of the day, I made my decision based on what I can stand behind. If that bothers anybody… that’s not my burden to carry.
