This is so right.. with very few exceptions I have worked from home with a fair bit of success for decades.. I had some very fancy in office jobs early in my career and I used to cry too. Totally about control. Never thrived there.. was never good at giving up every humanizing thing I ever liked for eight self- conscious hours every day. You go!
