You are over simplifying the case by not considering the self weight of each element. forces in the erased elements are Indeed low but not Zero. Gravity and self weight exists...😁

even if that load was static (as drawn, no cars) it would still be a bad idea to remove those forces becasue of buckling in the top chord members, 2 order effects, etc
