love the content. may I recommend getting an oil spray/pour bottle? it's been saving me a fortune on olive oil. and calories. glass is better, plastic is cheaper.👍

If you microwave the spuds for 10 mins or so (15 for 4) they’ll be mostly soft and then they’ll take way less time in the oven

by the way ‘con carne’ means ‘with meat’ so a vegetarian chilli is just called chilli and then with meat is chilli con carne
