Recipe Credit: @mommaskitchenlab 👨🍳 Ingredients, batch ✅ 2 medium ripe avocados, mashed (300g | 10.5 oz) ✅ 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup (80ml | 2.7 fl oz) ✅ 2 tbsp coconut oil (30g | 1 oz) ✅ 1/4 cup almond milk (60ml | 2 fl oz) ✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml | 0.17 fl oz) ✅ 1/2 cup cocoa powder (40g | 1.4 oz) ✅ 1 cup oat flour (120g | 4.2 oz) ✅ 1/2 tsp baking powder ✅ 1/4 tsp salt 👉 Puree avocados until completely smooth, whisk in syrup, oil, milk and vanilla, fold in the dry ingredients, bake at 175°C | 350°F for 22–25 minutes, then let cool completely so the brownies set properly.
