Listening to your stories have helped me dealing with my guilt. My wife recently passed due to cirrhosis and I’ve been dealing with a lot of guilt and regret thinking that I didn’t do enough to help her get sober. I felt that by taking care of her when she was drunk and trying to help hide her alcoholism from family and friends actually made it worse. But hearing about your stories and your daily struggles you dealed with while you drank I now realize that it was always up to her to want to quit and no matter what I did to “ help” I had really no say in her getting and staying sober. Thank you for not only helping alcoholics with their sobriety but also helping an alcoholic’s significant other or partner with dealing with the aftermath or f this deadly disease. ❤️

I didn’t find out I was bipolar till I was 35. I always knew I was so different than everybody else but I medicate now and it really helps especially with the depression.
