Sorry, but buses offers no privacy and no comfort, so I would agree that it is second class transport. Tried go on bus to the work in the mornings, horrible experience. Crowded spaces, mornings are cold so waiting them is uncomfortable. In the car you just sit and go.

Rapid transit. In the Netherlands the Rapid transit is in between two roads, left and right traffic. Rwanda have to be up and doing. This doesn’t look pretty
