Don't photograph it directly on top of a screen. The pixel grid will ruin it. Instead, cover the screen with a matte foil (plastic bag works!), and then photograph in a dark room. You can also cover the surroundings of the stripe to limit glare

Or if you don’t want to do this put the film on a white screen and go to your settings and turn on classic invert then it does it for you

Zoom in on the frame before taking the pic for much higher resolution. Also put white paper on the screen first.
