So I absolutely hear you about the uber car sick but gently suggest that the option to not uber and only to tube etc is also very London coded. If there’s one bus that appears magically on a Tuesday when the wind blows in the right direction, then you might need an uber to get home at a reasonable hour and in a safe way (or a taxi, as it’s still called here! 🙃)

I’ll get debilitating nausea on a short electric car ride and then do a whole day as a passenger on a track day and not feel a thing. I see no point getting Ubers in London unless it’s physically impossible to get to a destination without one😭

£60-70 in london for a gym is still nuts, you can easily go to PureGym for less than £30pm. Third Space is simply the equivalent of the National Lottery for Yuppies.

I agree on hair! used to have highlight and regular cuts, cost a fortune. bought some hair scissors and just give myself a trim every few months so much cheape 🥰

The only one of those I do is 100% of the bills, but I’m on shared ownership so renting out a room is not allowed. So saving for owning the rest is really tricky, otherwise I would rent out my spare room. How else can I get around this when there’s nothing left to cut out my life 😂
