I think Hanae Natsuki is an incredible voice actor and he does incredible and puts so much emotion in every single role he does, but this specific role I feel just does not fit him. Qifrey is in his late 20s maybe early 30s. Hanae’s voice just does not fit him at all I feel. Joshua does an incredible job here much better than Hanae does and as a life long sub watcher and still watch sub, dub takes the cake.
