my dad co signed a car for me. with the understanding I pay for everything. he only did it so I had a lower interest rate. he said if I didnt pay he himself would repo my car and I would be car-less there was no misunderstanding that I was 100% responsible for the payments, maintenance and everything for the car I WAS BUYING he was only cosigning for me so I got a better interest rate.
