sorry if this is a dumb question, im currently in high school (11th grade) and my plan is to major in nursing in college. is night shift something that you HAVE to do/try when you’re a new grad nurse or did you choose to do this?

girl I’m not a nurse but all I know is everything you’re doing is working cuz you don’t look sleep deprived! also hibernating before your period, as much as you can, and even especially while on your period is an underrated tip for all women, I’m glad you mentioned that !

I did night shift my whole pregnancy! It’s a lot but it’s worth it when you have things you need to get done during the day. I miss it but I really don’t think I could ever go back.

I’ve been working night shift for about 9 months now, and recently implemented stepping outside the second I wake up and to get some sun and it’s truly helped so much! Breakfast and coffee outside always

Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been on night shift for almost 7 months and I loved it at first but now I feel like it’s ruining my life. My hormones and emotions are all over the place, I’ve been gaining weight like crazy for no reason, all I want to do is sleep, I definitely needed this❤️

Thank you for all the tips I’m currently in my 4th term in nursing school. Do you plan on staying in medsurg or eventually moving onto another unit? I can see you as a school nurse c:
