Finding time for myself is so hard, I hate asking for help. I haven’t been away from my daughter since she was 3 months…she’s 13 months now. When I had time for myself, during her nap time, I’m so exhausted I can’t get off the couch.

until you are a mom you will not understand. we need our time alone or with friends without our child as well as when they are healthy enough to bring them places with us. Postpartum sucks so much and you will need help no matter what. you feel guilty for doing things you hate your self for wanting friends or alone time it’s super hard. Let her be she’s 14 and has a baby it is her responsibility but she deserves to have fun too. I just had a baby and I get my free time but I’m also with him 24/7 he comes before anyone.
