maybe its just me. but a break can mean to grow. for me im going on a break with my partner of 5 years because we are unhappy with ourselves and we cant love each other rn bc of it. so im moving home for a while to talk to my therapist, to regulate myself, to have set goals so when a month or 2 goes by we can decide if its worth it. we both love each other still very much. I think its okay to have growth before ending it. to learn to cope and regulate myself. thats how I see it. I am only hoping on this even if its hard.

Taking a break doesn’t fix the problem it temporarily pauses the issue and when you come back they start up because you’re fixing couple issues individually… but if you guys still want to take a break don’t come back and try to resume like nothing happened talk ur problems out or those “breaks” will turn into not coming back to each other
