Eat at small family owned establishments like me. I go to many that don’t rely on Sysco. Support your local restaurants instead of the corporate chains. You have all the power with your dollar.

Not a Texas roadhouse I just watched the documentary on Texas roadhouse it said they never even use frozen meat. They get cows delivered at every one of them and they have two meat processors at every location. Oh, and I did learn you didn’t get any size steak you want there because of that

Texas Roadhouse- everything is from scratch!!! Best deal you can get when eating out. The portions are massive.
