Here is my vegan version, which comes surprisingly close to the original: ⠀ Recipe👇🏼 - 400 g silken tofu - 400 g vegan cream cheese - 250 g vegan whipping cream - 180 g sugar - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 45 g cornstarch - 20 g all-purpose flour ⠀ ❶ Preheat the oven to 200°C. ❷ Combine all ingredients in a blender or with a stick blender until smooth. ❸ Line a 24 cm cake pan thoroughly with parchment paper. To be on the safe side, you can grease the parchment paper slightly. ❹ Bake the cake at 200°C for about 60 minutes. ❺ Then let it cool completely in the pan or serve it while the center is still slightly warm and moist.
