the writers NEVER treated Katara like a person and it shows. from diminishing her contribution, only prioritizing aang rebuilding his ppl and neglecting the fact she's the last water bender of her tribe, her being a healer when she literally fought it in season 1, none of her grandkids looking even a little like her.

I absolutely love how Korra was like the older sister to Tenzin's kids, and also a daughter to Tenzin! It's adorable they were able to be close to Aang through Korra, and Korra close to Aang through his family. 🥹🫶🏻
