@emilia.vs.adhd: Studies show that people with gut issues do better on a lower fibre diet. Most ADHD’ers are in that category! How much fiber you need daily really depends on your gut – if it’s a little wacky, I’d pass on the “fibermaxxing” trends 😂 Don’t use this as an excuse to not have any fibre at all though, we do need it. Are you sure that is a good argument? I struggle to see why we should not strive to have bigger biodiversity that we could get from more fiber. The reason we have less might be diet as well right? . Could you give me the source so i can read up?
