@kevinfremon: Stop using /clear when you vibe code. Use a handoff.md file instead. You write a structured summary of where you are. Your AI picks up exactly where you left off. No wasted tokens. No lost context. Small shift. Big difference. #AIAgents #ClaudeCode #Claude #Jarvis #AIAgent
While I’ve been using cowork… I have it pointed to a context.md within the project folder… and as we’re going along, I will occasionally “end session” and it will update the .md - I then jump into a new chat and we just resume… it grabs context from the md automatically… thoughts on this process? Is is wrong? Just different?

Have the session give you a short restart message to copy and paste after the clear. That message should point to that MD file so you don't need to leave the terminal.

I use a close hook for this combined with a persistent memory system. So when I clear I can start again with no interruptions without having to manually tell it to update the handoff every time.
