She’s right!! Also HIT is a cortisol spike too. I get my steps in every day, do 20-15-3 on my off gym days. Pilates 3-4 days a week. Anti inflammatory diet. (No cheats) Intermittent fasting. That’s it. I lost a third of my body weight just doing those things.

Ok let’s be so for real… walking will never burn more calories than HIIT. If you will actually walk… walk. Do what works. Ghrelin can ramp up with high intensity. But- protein and dietary fiber and volume eating while watching calories can combat that.
