I am trying really hard, I’ve been watching most of your videos trying to watch all of them. It is really helping me. I don’t know if she wants me to take charge or not and that is really hard for me to understand I want to, but I think it will push her farther away.

my partner left me because I wasnt good at emotional regulation especially with my anxious attachment, im trying to improve myself to get them back, which he has said he is open to but I keep thinking he is talking/ likes another girl and I dont know how to either talk to him to find out or regulate myself to not spiral whenever I see them

I believe the new relationship that has to be built HAS to be Christ centered, no if, ands, or buts…. With Christ in the center, it will be the way God designed marriage and it should flourish… learn servant leadership, and become a student of your spouse and put in the hard work to make the change for yourself… only then can you have a firm foundation to build on and have the best marriage God wants you to have… she wants to be led, man up and lead.
