I've been trying to astral project for a while now but I just couldn't seem to do it, that was until I read Hidden Astral Projection Techniques By Elira Starfall, it's a book that really opened my eyes to the possibilities of exploring other realms.

I feel like I was drawn to your page. I recently went through an actual kundalini awakening. Sometimes I wonder if other people have actually experienced what I have. It’s hard to tell people everything about myself now bc they don’t believe me and I don’t care to fight them on it. I just remove myself from spaces that dont bring about the life force energy that exists in me now. It’s like my body won’t allow it. My body moves now without me doing it. It’s like we are two different things but also one. It’s hard to put into words bc it’s an experience. It’s being truly alive. I feel alive in a way I never felt prior to this past November. My body is self healing now and not like from a cut like were used to but like from lupus sle, RA, neuropathies, CRPS, just like everything. They way i breathe is so diff that it changes the taste and density of the air im drawing in. I could go on but like it’s the realest thing I’ve ever experienced. I hold back 99% of my new reality from my husband and family bc it’s too much. We are living on two different planes of existence now yet still together. Kinda like my body. lol. As within as without 😂😂

Can anyone tell she is somewhat blurry? She is on a slightly higher frequency I think just an opinion tho but I’ve seen a few vids of her and idk what it is but it’s telling me to listen and do my own research and stuff
