It’s no different than freezer meals out the store EXCEPT you know what’s in it for real. I’m going to start doing this. I’ve always wondered if rice could be frozen

What a great idea. I don’t like to cook when I’m hungry so I usually end up having “girl dinners”. Prepping food ahead of time and freezing it is genius.

You can make a large meal on the weekend and freeze individual portions for another time. What’s new about that? Buying the molds? You can do the same thing with ziplocks or small containers.

Plan try pulled pork, or bbq chicken I cook in crockpot .Make rice , green beans. Chili be good ,corn muffin etc Figure I use metal muffin tin . Slip .muffin tin into big gallon size reuable freezer bags. then pop one each food, after frozen in.micrwave for test lol Good idea fast meal or lunches. Hope try this week
