I weigh 197 my doctor is starting me on zepbound 2.5 mg for one month and then 5 mg second month. I would like to get down to 120 I have no experience with weight loss drugs so I'm not even sure if that is a reasonable goal. any advice?

Oh man, same. I was in the same sizes for the first 50-60 lbs down, went down a size around 70 lbs down, and now at 80-85 lbs down it's like I'm changing sizes every other week. Weight loss is so weird 😂

We tend to wear stretchy clothes a lot when we get bigger so it gives us an illusion of being smaller than we are.
